Is this really them?
No. A guruling is unofficial. It learns from a creator’s public videos, but it isn’t them and doesn’t speak for them.
Do creators approve this?
Not one by one. Guruling only uses captions YouTube makes public, and every pocket is private. A creator who wants their channel removed can write to mail.interval@gmail.com.
What’s free, and what are the limits?
Guruling is free while we test it. To keep it fair there are hourly limits on how many videos it learns and how many links you add. Your Profile shows where you stand.
Why does it need the tab open?
Learning runs in your browser tab, one video at a time. Keep the tab open while it learns. If you close it, learning stops, and you can start it again whenever you’re back.
What languages?
Any language YouTube has captions for. Each video is learned in its own language.
