Warragul Station

Pepe's Woodfired

Gourmet91 Queen Street, Warragul

Fantastic, easily the best place to dine in Warragul. Enjoy meeting friendly locals at the bar, watch the chef prepare your meal, take out or dine in, just like an overseas holiday. Psst. the food is real! Hans van Meurs

Pizzas are really delicious here. They're woodfired, crusts are a little thicker, and the toppings are quite generous. They are however slightly on the expensive side, but worth it for pizzas that taste a bit different! Pepe's number their pizzas, so when you order you simply say the number. Our favourite pizzas are the #1 and #3, which is the chicken and marinara respectively.Lewis Lee

Really good food but the deal is let down by the generally poor level of service that we experienced recently while dining there on a weeknight. We've also eaten there on a Saturday evening and would have to say that while the service was better then than on the weeknight, it still left a bit to be desired. Clearly their front of house staff need some training in customer service.A Google User

Warragul Thai does very good Thai food, even compared to other Thai restaurants in Melbourne. We usually order takeaway as eating in is more expensive and we just want to quickly eat and do other things after dinner. Service when we were eating in was friendly, but a bit slow given how busy it gets. We usually get the prawn fried rice and a side of stir fry. There's something about the fried rice that's really good -- better than fried rice we've had anywhere else! (And we eat a lot of Asian food!) Only dish that we were disappointed in so far is the Pad Thai. While the texture of the noodles is good, we find it is a little too sweet.Lewis Lee

This is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to! The food tasted great! I got plenty of food on my plate when I ordered and the owner of the restaurant was really nice. I recommend this restaurant for everyone! 10 out of 10.A Google User

This restaurant served us quality food at a reasonable price. I have been to other Indian restaurants in the area and this is the best by far! When I rang for a booking the person on the other end was very nice. I will be coming back soon!A Google User

We've been here a few times when we feel like sitting down and having an Indian meal. We've never been disappointed with the food or the service, however there isn't much ambience. Every time we've been here, it's been quite empty with only a few people eating in. Given this, we do get a lot of attention from the staff and the owner. We always go for the garlic naan, the butter chicken, and biryani (we're quite boring like that!)Lewis Lee
