Lack of security late at night make it a desolate place for those who commute after-hours. 1 of the 2 island platforms are constantly closed over weekends, which causes knock on delays due to traffic congestion. Only one GO CARD reader is located at the northern end of platform 3/4 which makes transferring inconvenient.Tom Roche

Very happy and glad I followed through with my gut to try these guys out. Had an excellent experience during the initial assessment of my posture, body fat analysis, weaknesses and general fitness etc. Super judgement free and professional. Have already had several sessions with these guys (Ryan and Breixo) and cannot but recommend them to anyone of ANY fitness level to give them a go. I have been training at Vigor PT for almost 5 months and no denial, I achieved the result on what I really want before my big day, wedding day!!! I have been trained by my dearest personal trainer, Katrina Bondarenko and YESSSS......I can’t believe my amazing result in just a short time!!! I have lost 10 kilos in 18 weeks, a big thank you to my trainer. I thought it will be a hurdle to lose such a massive kilos in short period due to my age group I become quite cynical to myself, but nothing is impossible in Vigor PT team. It is not often we come across the trainer who are willing to go above and beyond the line to help us achieve our goals. Not only Katrina push me to train harder, week by week the standard is rise up as I am getting stronger, so she put me into more challenging exercise to make sure I reach my goal faster as I am chasing up my target before my wedding day. Katrina has dedicated herself to monitor my everyday diet to make sure I don’t do alot of ‘cheating’ day. I have put on a lot of muscle every since trained by Katrina. Gone from completely can’t do simple push up to 20 push up in a row and my posture is getting better now, the pain in my lower back gradually reduced. My waist line has massive reduction from 83cm to 73cm, last but not least, I can fit again to most of my dresses/clothing nicely for pre-wedding photo shoot and receive lots of compliment from friends and my partner. I cannot speak more highly of this team and how they make the exercise and fitness more fun, but more importantly, create a culture and mindset that becomes everyday routine for healthy life balance. Honestly if I have to work out on my own, I wouldn’t have any motivation to go to gym although literally my unit has its own fitness room. So really big credit to the Vigor Team.Evana Ryadi

Fantastic team! Extremely encouraging, patient and welcoming. I have worked with Ryan and Kat over the last 18 months and have experienced a significant improvement in my strength and overall energy levels. I would highly recommend Vigor for anyone starting out, like me, as it feels like you have your own private gym in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. The facilities are maintained at a high level and the equipment is also of a high standard. Ryan is continually looking for and implementing improvements. I've been training at LiveFit for just about six months now and I love it. I had been training independently at my local 24hr gym for a number of years and felt like I had stagnated. I decided to give LiveFit a go when a friend of mine recommended it to me. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. While Ben (lead trainer) will develop a program that suits your goals and will work personally with you, it's not just a training montage with intense music and shouting and grit teeth. Don't get me wrong, if you want shouting and other vocal encouragement you can ask and I'm sure you'll receive. But you'll be treated like a unique person and that's what always put me off about personal training in the past. LiveFit doesn't operate on a cookie-cutter system. The group sessions are a lot of fun and there are always variants set up to accommodate different ability levels and injuries and LiveFit group training sessions are the only ones I have ever enjoyed. The community is a lot of fun and very friendly. Don't be intimidated, you won't be expected to become best friends with everyone, but you'll enjoy everyone's company and Saturday morning breakfast after bootcamp is a lot of fun. And finally the results. I've put on a lot of muscle. Gone from a completely useless shoulder to bench pressing more than my body weight. I've recovered from an old injury in my hip that saw a lot of stress put through my strong leg through targeted training. I don't get nearly as breathless while training as I used to (and I was already fairly fit when I started). But the most amazing result for me is my recovery time. I can go from sprinting around the Edgar St block (and this run is one you'll become familiar with if you join up, I promise) to completely recovered in less than a minute now where I would have been dying on the floor for 15 minutes before. Join up. You get what you pay for and I definitely think it's worth it.Kyle Jensen

Ben and his team are passionate about the health and wellness of each and everyone of the clients that train with them. There passion shines through in the work they do, not only in the gym but in the community as well.
